Self Reported Academic Record
& High School Transcripts

As a freshman applicant, you must complete Part IV of the application, the Self-Reported Academic Record. Georgia Tech uses the Self-Reported Academic Record to make a preliminary review of your academic performance in high school and to offer provisional admission.

It is very important that you complete the Self-Reported Academic Record accurately. To do so, refer to grade reports and transcripts from your high school. You must list all academic course work and grades even if a course is repeated.

If you are admitted and plan to enroll, you must arrange to have an official high school transcript sent to Georgia Tech's Office of Undergraduate Admission by July 1st. We will use official high school transcripts to verify all grades. Any discrepancies may invalidate an offer of admission.

Students who have studied outside of the United States and home schooled students are required to submit additional documentation regarding high school courses and grades. Students studying outside of the U.S. refer to www.admiss.gatech.edu/international, and home schooled students refer to www.admiss.gatech.edu/homeschool for detailed information.
