Document Submission

During peak processing times surrounding application deadlines, please allow two-four weeks for documents to be processed and reflected in your checklist.

We strongly recommend electronic document submission whenever possible, though application documents may be submitted in the following ways:

Freshman & Dual Enrollment Applicants

  • Electronically via Common App or Coalition App (We do not have a preference as to which application you choose, and there is no advantage in the admission process to using one application or the other. You should select the application that you are most comfortable submitting).
  • Electronically through another service, such as Naviance or GA Futures (formerly known as GA College 411).
  • By mail (see address below).
  • Test scores must be sent directly to Georgia Tech via the testing agency (SAT code 5248, ACT code 0818).

Transfer & Non-Degree Applicants

  • Electronically from your registrar through an approved service (i.e. eScripts, Docufide, National Student Clearinghouse, etc.). Select "Georgia Tech" or "Georgia Institutue of Technology" as the receiptient of the document.
  • By mail (see address below).
