Application Available

The transfer application is online and requires a $75 non-refundable application fee ($85 for international students).  Submit applications by 11:59 p.m. EST during the available time period.  Early submission of your application provides you more time for transcript and credit evaluation requests.

Document Deadline

Application requirements, including official academic transcripts, should also be received by this date. Click here to learn how to submit documents.

Fall applicants may submit an official transcript with in progress coursework by March 15 and a final transcript by June 1.

Course Requirements Deadline

Minimum course requirements as listed on the course requirements by major chart must be complete by this deadline. Dual Degree and Regent’s Engineering Pathway Program (REPP) applicants have additional course requirements by major and may have requirements in progress (spring and summer applicants only).

Credit Evaluation Deadline

It is the applicant’s responsibility to confirm course requirements by major are transferable by reviewing the GT Transfer Equivalency Table. A credit evaluation request is ONLY required for coursework NOT listed on the transfer equivalency table that satisfies a course requirement by major or advanced mathematics and lab science courses. Decision Notification

Georgia Tech reserves the right to request additional grades or delay decision notification. Spring and summer decision notification dates apply to all applicants.

  • The fall April 15 date is reserved for REPP and Dual Degree applicants only. REPP or Dual Degree applicants may be placed on hold for additional grades and receive a June 1 decision.
  • The fall May 1 date is reserved for applicants who are not applying as part of a transfer pathway program and have course requirements by major complete by March 15. Applicants may be placed on hold for additional grades and receive a June 15 decision.
  • The fall June 1 date is reserved for Conditional Transfer, Arts & Sciences, Veteran’s, and REPP and Dual Degree applicants with a complete application.
  • The fall June 15 date is the final decision date for all applicants.
Deposit Deadline

A $250 non-refundable enrollment deposit is required by the deposit deadline. The June 1 fall deposit deadline is for applicants who receive their decision on April 15 or May 1.  The July 15 fall deposit deadline is for applicants who receive their decision after May 1.
