Connect with Tech is available to selective high school seniors in the fall semester. We suggest students review the general freshman admission criteria to determine if they are competitive for admission prior to submitting a reservation request.
NOT ALL REGISTRANTS CAN BE ACCOMMODATED. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK FLIGHTS OR TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS UNTIL YOU HAVE FINAL CONFIRMATION FROM OUR OFFICE.
Students are chosen to attend based on a match with our overnight hosts. We match students by preferred gender, major, and interests. If no host is available we may not be able to accommodate your request. Your submission is a request to attend the program. If you are approved, our office will follow up with further payment and confirmation information.
During Connect With Tech, you’ll have an opportunity to:
- Meet and socialize with current students
- Experience real campus life
- Speak with faculty and staff members
- Be hosted by a current Tech student
- Attend class
- Tour campus
- Spend two great days on the Georgia Tech campus
Advance reservations and payment are required to attend.
The cost to attend is $50 per student. This covers meals, parking, and materials. Students are hosted overnight in an on-campus residence hall or Greek house in the room with their Connect with Tech Host (current GT undergraduate student). Parents and guests must arrange their own lodging.
