Freshman Info Session & Tour
* Please note dates during Atlanta metro K-12 Spring Break (March 31- April 11) fill quickly. We are often not able to accomodate additional walk-in visitors on those days. Please plan accordingly when visiting campus.
Information sessions are offered each week day except holidays, we offer you a number of ways to learn more about Georgia Tech. We want you to have time to connect with our academic departments, see our beautiful campus, and learn more about the application process and campus life.
Who should attend?
Prospective freshmen and high school counselors. This is not recommended for admitted students.
Freshman Information Sessions & Tours are designed to give prospective high school students who have not yet been admitted to Tech an introduction to Georgia Tech. The session is conducted by a counselor from the Office of Undergraduate Admission who discusses the admission process, majors, opportunities outside of the classroom, campus activities, and student life. The session also provides an opportunity to ask any general questions about the Institute. Each session is followed by a one-hour walking tour lead by one of our Tour Guides.

Enhance Your Visit
In order to learn more about your chosen major and augment our general information session and campus tour, we recommend attending a academic-based information session. These sessions are available once per week to once per month for most of our colleges and some of our individual majors and academic programs.
