Thank you for your interest in bringing a high school group to Georgia Tech!
Due to the limitations of our professional staff and student tour guides, group visits are limited to school groups only. To qualify as a school group tour, the prospective student group must be from a high school (10th-12th grade) or associated with a college-bound program based at a college or university. We also limit our group tours to 40 people total.
Our tours are for high school grades 10-12 or groups of college transfer students only. Elementary or middle school students and other community groups cannot be accommodated in a group setting through our office. If you have a group of students in this age group, you are more than welcome to visit Georgia Tech on your own. We would encourage you to explore the Virtual Visits section of our site for more information on self-guided tours. Group tours are not offered on weekends or during our peak processing months of November, December, February, March and April.
If you are visiting with at least ten students in your group, reservations are required. You will not be accomodated if you individually register members of your larger group. We require that you limit your group to no more than forty student and 1 adult chaperone per 10 students. Group tour reservations are mandatory, and we require a minimum of four (4) weeks advanced notice when making a reservation. Confirmation materials and arrangements will be emailed once your reservation request is confirmed.
Summer group tours will begin on May 20th and run through July 30th. They are offered only at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday's of each week excluding Holidays. Thank you for your patience.
