We want you to see firsthand all that Georgia Tech and Atlanta have to offer academically, socially, and environmentally. We offer many options for you to find out more about our campus. Information Sessions & Tours

  • Freshman Session & Tour
    The most popular way to see our campus is to attend one of our freshman information sessions, given by an admission counselor, followed by a one-hour campus walking tour given by a GT student.
  • Academically Focused Sessions
    Offered by our individual colleges, some majors and academic programs these sessions are a great way to enhance your visit to campus and learn more about your chosen field of study. Make sure you check to see when these sessions are available and plan your visit accordingly.

Campus Open House Days

  • Preview Georgia Tech
    Preview Georgia Tech is a large, one-day open house for prospective high school students and their parents.
  • Futures
    Futures is a one-day program for rising high school senior and junior women hosted by the Office of Undergraduate Admission and the Women's Recruitment Team. This event will be available beginning in 2015.
  • Explore
    Explore is a two-day program hosted by the Office of Undergraduate Admission and the Hispanic Recruitment Team.
  • Family Affair
    Family Affair is a two-day program for high school seniors hosted by the Office of Undergraduate Admission and the African-American Recruitment Team.

Overnight Visitation Programs

  • Connect With Tech 
    Georgia Tech's primary overnight visitation program offers an in-depth look at campus in a more intimate setting. Fall semester programs are reserved for high school seniors, while spring semester programs are reserved for admitted freshmen.

Throughout the year, our admission staff visit with students and families throughout the United States and abroad.
