View Cost of AttendancePer Georgia law, every University System of Georgia (USG) student must be assigned a tuition classification that determines their tuition rate. Students are assigned one of the following tuition classifications: in-state, out-of-state, or out-of-country.
An initial tuition classification is determined by the answers provided on a student’s application and reviewed by the Office of Undergraduate Admission. Additional information may be required prior to a tuition classification decision.

Georgia Tech provides a national Net Price Calculator. Please note due to the federal sources and reporting standards, the costs listed in the calculator are a historical snapshot based on the previous academic year. In most cases, will not reflect your actual costs. Rather, it is more to give you a sense of what the overall costs of attending Tech during that timeframe were and how total costs are calculated.
